Surprise Stadium is the spring training home for the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers, it is also the home of Arizona’s Fall League, the Surprise Saguaros. The stadium was built in 2002, both MLB teams will be renovating and expanding their clubhouses and multipurpose rooms. J.F Ellis will be providing the concrete work for these changes.

Go Daddy Corporate Office in Tempe, Arizona

J.F. Ellis Corp installed all hardscape concrete, including walkways, sidewalks and steps. Installed the basket ball court and bases for shade structures. Also created a skate park, skate ramps and volley ball court.

Renovation of a historic downtown Phoenix building that appeared in the opening scenes of Alfred Hitchcock’s classic movie “Psycho” in downtown Phoenix, Arizona.
The project is comprised of the rehabilitation and conversion of the existing banking and office into a Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. The hotel will include a business conference center and buffet/dining space in the historic lobby. Retail restaurant space will be available at street level.
